Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

The Nigerian government has expressed its willingness to partner with the British Government in tackling unemployment and creating job opportunities for young persons in the country. Jaruma has rewarded Instagram Celebrity, Mr. Jollof for speaking out against his fellow Instagram Celebrity, Tunde Ednut’s perceived hatred towards ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha. Comedian, Mr. Jollof vowed to beat up Tunde, calling him a ‘bitter soul’. Taking to his Instagram story, Jollof wrote;  “Tunde Ednut is just a biter soul, how on earth will you hate Tacha that is trying to grow? French Footballer, Paul Pogba has reportedly told Manchester United to increase his weekly salary to £600k (£30million-a-year). The Frenchman who has been linked with a move away from Manchester United to Juventus and Real Madrid asked for huge wages in an effort to force a move in January. According to Tuttosport, the midfielder who is currently on around £300,000-a-week would like to see that amount increased massively to around £600k-a-week. Pogba has two years left on his contract, and United have an option to extend his contract for another year. But the footballer may call it a quit if his new demands is not met.

Tragic! How A Father Of Two Kids Drowned After Heavy Downpour In Ondo

In what will come across as a really shocking development, a father of two has lost his life in Akure, the Ondo State capital after drowning in a flood following a heavy downpour on Friday night. The incident happened at Oke-Iya Area in Ijoka Quarters, Akure where the deceased, a commercial motorcyclist commonly known as ‘Okada rider’ was living with his family before his death. The deceased corpse was discovered on Saturday morning by residents of the area who woke up to the horrific scene of the corpse of one of them who got drown in the flood According to one of the landlords in the area, who craved anonymity, the deceased identified as Idowu Akomolafe got carried away with his motorcycle while trying to navigate the waters on his way home. President Muhammadu Buhari, on Saturday reacted to the reported rescue of 400 men and boys in a building in Kaduna, where the detainees were allegedly abused and tortured. Lazy Lagos youths are always in my house to beg for free money – Tinubu says

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of a former Lagos State Governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has said youths of today are lazy and not ready to work. Speaking on a Lagos Television programme on this morning, Tinubu said her New Era Foundation Patience Home had concluded plans to empower youths in her senatorial district. She was quoted to have said most of the youths in Lagos would come to her husband’s house, claiming  “they want to enjoy Asiwaju’s money.” She, however, expressed displeasure that “most of these youths don’t want to work”, adding that  “the moment you give them work to do, they fall sick.” Remi Tinubu added that youths of nowadays are interested in making quick money,  “but they don’t want to work before making the money. Our youths are very rude because they want to be like all those people abroad.”

Nigerian actor and Model, Mofe Duncan has frowned on Jaruma‘s plan to give Tacha N50m. Jaruma took to  Instagram   state clearly that she just needed time to evaluate the situation (deleting Tacha’s photos after her disqualification) and that she still cares so much about Tacha. She further mentioned that she would give Tacha N50m as compensation for being disqualified from the house. Mofe Duncan however has frowned on the idea, insisting that N50m cannot buy good character because no matter what she (Tacha) eventually achieves with the money, she would still need character to maintain the wealth.

‘Taking a bullet for someone you love is stealing’ – Apostle Johnson Suleman

Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries appears to have advised against taking a bullet for the person someone you love but when he responded to someone who responded to his statement, he makes it apparent he was being sarcastic. According to a tweet he shared, the clergyman says one should never take a bullet for a loved one because that is equivalent to stealing. “Someone asked, if one could take a bullet meant for someone he loves.. my reply is, taking what’s not yours is stealing,” Suleman wrote.
