Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

The Nigerian government has expressed its willingness to partner with the British Government in tackling unemployment and creating job opportunities for young persons in the country. We are open to all kinds of suggestions and levels of co-operation,” he said. He disclosed that the Government has opened up other sectors as part of efforts to diversify the economy from oil, which would, in turn, create room for employment. Brazil’s former football star Ronaldinho on Tuesday left his footprints in the Hall of Fame in Rio’s legendary Maracana Stadium, one year after retiring from the sport. “This is one of the biggest trophies of my career,” the 38-year-old — full name Ronaldinho de Assis Moreira — told reporters as he was hailed by dozens of tourists visiting the stadium built to host the 1950 World Cup final match.
