The Chairman of Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Plateau State Chapter, Mr. Stanley Augustine Kavwam, has clinched the ticket of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) to contest the Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency ahead of the 2019 general elections. Kavwam emerged as the candidate of the party during the primary election, which took place in Mangu, headquarters of Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State. The University of Jos-trained social worker-turned-politician in his remarks to delegates, who affirmed him while speaking, promised to transform the constituency through the injection of novel ideas to enhance the economic viability of his people.
