Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

The Nigerian government has expressed its willingness to partner with the British Government in tackling unemployment and creating job opportunities for young persons in the country. We are open to all kinds of suggestions and levels of co-operation,” he said. He disclosed that the Government has opened up other sectors as part of efforts to diversify the economy from oil, which would, in turn, create room for employment. Everything you need to live well A Ugandan child rapper, Fresh Kid (Patrick Senyonjo), has been told to stop singing or risk his manager going to jail or even himself going to Juvenile prison, Daily Monitor reports. This new threat is coming on the heels of reports that he skips school and performs in clubs. Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi Youth minister said this during an interview on Uganda’s NBS channel that his fans could face jail time if they are found supporting him because it is against the labour law to work at his age. “Children who are below 18 years are not allowed to perform and enter in clubs, so I am going to do everything possible to stop kids from performing and entering in clubs,” Florence Nakiwala said making reference to the seven-year-old.
