Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

The Nigerian government has expressed its willingness to partner with the British Government in tackling unemployment and creating job opportunities for young persons in the country. We are open to all kinds of suggestions and levels of co-operation,” he said. He disclosed that the Government has opened up other sectors as part of efforts to diversify the economy from oil, which would, in turn, create room for employment. Passengers released from hijacked plane

Latest reports monitored on CNN inform that an Egyptian-American dual citizen, Ibrahim Samaha, has been identified as the hijacker of an EgyptAir plane flying from Alexandria to Cairo on Tuesday with about 60 people on board.
However, a spokesman for the Cyprus Ministry of Transport said the incident is not related to terrorism, but rather it was gathered that Samaha overtook the plane due to his ex-wife.
The Airbus A320, according to Huffington Post, was forced to land at Larnaca International Airport in Cyprus.
According to a statement from the Egyptian aviation authority, there are 55 passengers on board and five crew members but earlier media reports put the number as high as 80.
Reuters reports that one man was thought to be armed while a Cypriot official told the Associated Press that the hijacker demanded that police move away from the aircraft.

According to CNN reports, the pilot says one of the passenger has a suicide explosive with him, panic heightened in Cyprus. The airline also confirmed the latest development, confirming that about 81 persons are aboard the hijacked plane.

News just coming in from the Egyptian authorities suggest that all passengers have been released by the hijacker but four foreigners and crew members are still on board the plane.
