A Court of Appeal sitting in Yola, Adamawa state has reversed the July 15th 2014 impeachment of Murtala Nyako as governor of Adamawa State. Delivering judgement in an appeal filed by Nyako today February 11th, the Court of Appeal ruled that the process leading to his impeachment contravened the provisions of the Law.
