Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

The Nigerian government has expressed its willingness to partner with the British Government in tackling unemployment and creating job opportunities for young persons in the country. “Pathetic liar” – Kemi Olunloyo replies Davido after the singer revealed he doesn’t know her

Nigerian singer David Adedeji Adeleke better known by his stage name Davido who is the co-owner of HKN Music (a record label home to Sina Rambo, B. Red and DeeKay) sat for an interview with DJ Abass in London, disclosed that he doesn’t know who Kemi Olunloyo, a comment that got the attention of the controversial journalist.
Davido who was asked how he handles negative publicity by news platforms, stated that he is not bothered about what blogs have to say about him because he is bigger.
He said: “I don’t care about media pressure. I’m bigger. I have 9.1 million followers, any blog wey write any nonsense I go post my own back. Me sef I be blog.”
However when a fan called in, and asked he has managed to to handle controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, who has been known to discuss his family matters in the public eye, the DMW boss said;

However reacting to this, Kemi Olunloyo disclosed that she was at the hospital when the singer’s mom went into labour on November 19th, 1992.
She further claimed that she was one of the journalist who was kicked out of the courtroom when his father’s divorce was finalized.

Boko Haram Is Currently In Charge Of Baga, Issues Movement Permit – Fleeing Residents Open Up

Displaced residents of Baga, a border community in Borno State recently taken over by the Boko Haram insurgents, said the Nigerian government is lying in the claims that the town has been reclaimed by government troops. According to multiple civilian sources, all IDPs from Baga, the insurgent are not only flying their flags in the commercial border town but are also controlling the movement of civilians in an out of the town. But the military has described the report as another propaganda of the Boko Haram. It insisted that its troops are currently in charge of Baga. PREMIUM TIMES on January 11 published a statement by the Nigeria Army spokesperson, Sani Usman, that government troops had reclaimed Baga. ''We'll shut down Nigeria if FG goes ahead to arraign Onnoghen'' - Militants warn

A coalition of Niger Delta militants have vowed to shut down the country if the Federal Government continues in its planned arraignment of the Chief of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Walter Onneghen. Recall that Jutice Onnoghen, an Indigine of Cross Rivers state, has been asked to vacate his seat over his refusal to declare all his assets and is scheduled for arraignment before the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja tomorrow January 14th.  In a statement issued by General John Dukku of the Niger Delta Watchdogs and Coalition of Niger Delta Agitators today January 13th, the coalition of militants said President Buhari never wanted the appointment of Onnoghen as the CJN and are not surprised that efforts are being made to remove him from office.
