Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

The Nigerian government has expressed its willingness to partner with the British Government in tackling unemployment and creating job opportunities for young persons in the country. We are open to all kinds of suggestions and levels of co-operation,” he said. He disclosed that the Government has opened up other sectors as part of efforts to diversify the economy from oil, which would, in turn, create room for employment. Controversial musician, Shatta Wale has opened up on reports that his former manager infected, Moesha with HIV.

The self-acclaimed King of African Dancehall Music, Shatta Wale has attacked those accusing his former boss, AIK Livingstone Abani of infecting Ghanaian actress, Moesha Boduong with HIV.
According to Shatta Wale in a message shared on his Instagram page, people are just envious of the man and just want to pull him down at all cost.
Shatta Wale claims that he knows for a fact this is not the first time people have attempted to destroy the reputation of his former boss and this just like the rest will also fail.
"It’s only in Ghana that people will try tarnish the image of one man who is more successful than their entire generation .. Rumors around about my former Boss of Madhaus Mr AIK LIVINGSTONE ABANI ain’t thru cuz I kno for a fact and this is not the first time they are trying to jeopardize this man’s reputation.
"I say again and again that bloggers must put a stop to this indiscipline act of just making news and hype on somebody’s life.
"Anybody that falls for this baseless story is just too myopic to understand that life itself moves in circles..it might be you one day .. Let’s say no to childish write ups…The rest of Africa and the world will always laugh when they read stories like this popping up from Ghana ..

Moesha Boduong has already come out to deny the allegations leveled against her that she took GHS10,000 from AIK Livingstone Abani and had raw sex with him.

Court of Appeal reverses Nyako’s impeachment as Adamawa state governor

A Court of Appeal sitting in Yola, Adamawa state has reversed the July 15th 2014 impeachment of Murtala Nyako as governor of Adamawa State. The former Governor who was accused of misappropriation of public funds while in office, was impeached after 17 of 25 members of the Adamawa State House of Assembly voted against him at the state house of Assembly. Delivering judgement in an appeal filed by Nyako today February 11th, the Court of Appeal ruled that the process leading to his impeachment contravened the provisions of the Law. Justice Tunde Ayotoye who read the unanimous judgement, said Nyako was not given fair hearing during his impeachment and that his rights were violated by the Assembly members. The court in its ruling, ordered that all his entitlement before and after leaving office should be paid. The judges however dismissed Nyako's appeal to be reinstated as Governor of the state. The judges ruled that his tenure as governor had elapsed.

Singer Rihanna sues father for using her brand’s name

Robyn Rihanna Fenty, popularly known as Rihanna is taking her own father, Ronald Fenty to court. The Barbados singer is said to be angry at the fact that her father is using her brand’s name, Fenty, to launch a business for himself. The name Fenty had already been trademarked by Rihanna for all her businesses, including her well-known beauty line. According to the statement released by TMZ: “Rihanna is going after her own father in court for using her Fenty brand and his relationship to her to launch a business for himself … according to new court docs.” In a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Rihanna claims her father, Ronald Fenty, recently started a talent development company in 2017 called Fenty Entertainment.
