EFCC Re-access Saraki's Case Again - Obtains Fresh Arraignment Order ( See Details )

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission intends to charge the previous Senate President, Bukola Saraki, for supposed tax evasion and plundering of the Kwara State coffers during his organization of the state somewhere in the range of 2003 and 2011.
The Newsmen accumulated on Sunday that the arrangement to prior charge Saraki was disappointed by the limiting request conceded against the EFCC by Justice Taiwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
Saraki had recorded a central human rights suit before Justice Taiwo who conceded an ex parte request limiting the commission and five different offices of the Federal Government from proceeding with its examinations of debasement charges against him.
Be that as it may, a senior EFCC operative confided to newsmen in Abuja that "Saraki's arraignment can't be ceased by any court request," taking note of that the commission had emphatically challenged the limiting request to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Abdul Kafarati.
The source said, “We have already protested against the restraining order to the Chief Judge. We will not waste time in arraigning the former senate president once the order granted by Justice Taiwo is vacated and the case is transferred to a different judge. Saraki will have his day in court soon; nothing can stop it.”
